Are virtual sessions confidential?

A direct and private connection with Simplepractice  is formed between you and me for every one-on-one Telehealth call, meaning I never store or access the video or audio content of your online therapy sessions.

Can I choose virtual or in person?

Yes, we can do virtual or in person depending on what works best for your lifestyle and schedule.
